Unlike most AI speakers, Steven's AI credentials were earned inside his own company, not on stage. He is both the owner accountable for results and the engineer who wired the systems together. His view of AI stays deliberately sober: it cannot yet replace a single role in an SME — but it can take over the work nobody ever had time to do.
