Who collects your data
This site and its events are operated by STAR ALLIANCE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION PTE. LTD. ("Star Alliance"). We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect, and why
The name, contact details, company and role you submit when registering are used only to review your registration, confirm and reconcile payment, notify you about the event, and check you in on the day.
Event news and promotions
We send future-event and promotional emails only if you actively ticked that option on the registration form. Every such email carries an unsubscribe route, honoured immediately.
Photography at events
Our sessions may be photographed and filmed for recaps and Star Alliance publicity. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at check-in or on the day — we will accommodate you, and remove material on request.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw any consent previously given. We respond within a reasonable period — generally no more than 30 days.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
