From Financing to Capital: Capital Strategies for Singapore Business Growth

Corporate financing should not begin only when a company is running short of funds. At different stages of business growth, bank loans, Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and even a listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) can play important roles in supporting a company's expansion. The key question is not simply "Where can I find funding?”but When should a company borrow from a bank? When is the right time to bring in investors? Should you consider VC or PE? At what stage should a company consider an SGX listing? How can capital become a partner for growth rather than a future burden?
